Give your institution a clearer way to manage learning.
I develop admission portals, student-management systems and e-learning platforms. I'm Mishab Nk, a developer in Kerala working with educational institutions on websites and applications.
A public website or an internal platform?
A course website helps prospective learners understand what you teach and enquire. A management platform supports staff, teachers and students after that first contact. Start by identifying which part of the learner journey needs attention.
Scope around your institution
Choose the workflows you need before deciding how large the platform should be.
- Admission forms and application-management workflows
- Student, teacher, course and batch records
- Attendance and classroom access
- Learning content and student-facing course areas
Plan access and records early
Explain who will use the platform, which records each role needs and what information you already maintain. Payment integrations, existing-data imports, hosting and support need their own requirements. Use anonymised samples when discussing student records.
Before we start
Can we start with just an academic website?
Yes. An institution may only need course information and a clear enquiry route. A portal can be scoped separately when there is a defined operational need.
Can an admission portal and learning platform work together?
They can be planned together, but the shared records, user roles and integrations need to be defined first. Tell me which systems you already use.
Do you have related project experience?
My portfolio includes Al Naseem, a learning and student-management platform, and The Open Book, an educational website with a free English placement test. Explore the project notes below.
